Erectile dysfunction, checked privately.

Five questions, validated clinical scoring, no sign-up. Nothing leaves your browser.

Screening tool, not a diagnosis. This uses the IIEF-5 (SHIM) — a 5-question tool used by urologists. A low score warrants a conversation with a clinician, not a self-diagnosis.
FAQ

Good to know

What is the IIEF-5?+

The International Index of Erectile Function, 5-question version — also known as the Sexual Health Inventory for Men (SHIM). Developed by Rosen et al. (1999) and widely used in urology clinics as the first-line screening tool.

What do the score bands mean?+

22–25 no ED, 17–21 mild, 12–16 mild-moderate, 8–11 moderate, 5–7 severe. A score below 22 generally warrants a conversation with a clinician — not self-medication.

My score is low. What next?+

ED is often a symptom of something else — cardiovascular, hormonal, psychological, or medication-related. A clinician can run a proper work-up, rule out underlying causes, and prescribe treatment (PDE5 inhibitors are first-line for most cases).

Is this private?+

Yes — the quiz runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is saved, transmitted, or shared.
